SEALs & Green Berets Forced to Disarm in Anti-Gun States—Not Anymore
A new House bill would give special operations troops and their vets nationwide carry authority—no permission slip from Newsom or Hochul required.
That is not hyperbole. That is the current law of the land—and a new House bill is moving to end it.
The legislation would grant active-duty special operations personnel and their fellow veterans full, nationwide concealed carry authority. Zero state sign-off. Zero bureaucratic hoops. The patchwork of anti-gun state laws that currently forces Navy SEALs, Green Berets, and Delta operators to disarm the moment they cross the wrong state line? Gone.
**These are the men and women the federal government trusts with the most sophisticated weapons on the planet. The idea that Gavin Newsom gets a veto over their right to self-defense is obscene.**
The bill puts anti-gun governors on direct notice. Their unconstitutional carry restrictions cannot—and should not—apply to the warriors who bled for this country. This legislation makes that plain in federal statute.
Details on the bill's full text and sponsorship continue to develop, but the core premise is unassailable: if Washington trusts these operators to execute raids overseas, no state-level bureaucrat has standing to tell them they can't carry a Glock back home.
Now here's the question every gun owner needs to be asking out loud.
If nationwide carry is the right call for Special Forces veterans—and it absolutely is—why does it stop there? The Second Amendment doesn't say *shall not be infringed, unless you never served in SOCOM.* The right belongs to every law-abiding American, not just those with a special operations tab.
**This bill is a crack in the dam. National reciprocity for all is the flood that needs to follow.**
Support this bill loudly and immediately. Then call your House rep and demand two things: co-sponsor this legislation, and bring full national reciprocity for every law-abiding citizen to the floor.
Anti-gun states have had their unconstitutional choke points long enough. This is how you start dismantling them—one unignorable bill at a time.
Watch this one closely. The blowback from the gun-control lobby is coming, and it's going to tell you exactly how much they're scared of it.
