SEALs & Green Berets Can't Carry in California. This Bill Ends That.

America's most elite warriors — SEALs, Green Berets, Delta operators, Raiders, PJs — are legally disarmed the moment they cross into California, New York, Illinois, or any other restrictive-carry state. The Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act already gives off-duty and retired cops the right to carry anywhere in the country. This bill applies the exact same framework to a class of Americans with arguably *more* rigorous firearms training than any police force on earth.

Think about what the current system actually says. The U.S. government spent years and millions of dollars forging these operators into the most lethal, weapons-proficient human beings on the planet — then hands a state politician the power to decide they can't be trusted with a concealed firearm at a gas station. The bill covers both active-duty SOF personnel and veterans of special operations units — the tip of the spear, the people sent when nobody else can do the job. Their weapons proficiency and judgment aren't theoretical. They've been tested under live-fire conditions most humans will never come close to experiencing.

The bill hasn't cleared committee. Anti-gun members will line up to kill it — expect the usual script: "dangerous," "unnecessary," "not the time." Bloomberg-funded groups will flood congressional offices with opposition calls within weeks of this gaining traction. They've run this play before and they'll run it again.

But the political math here is brutal for gun-control ideologues. Casting a vote *against* concealed carry rights for Navy SEALs and Green Berets is not a hill most members of Congress want to die on — and every pro-gun voter in their district will remember if they try.
