Massie's 2A Record: Unbreakable — Know It Cold

Kentucky's primary is heating up. Gun owners cannot afford to lose the most reliably pro-2A vote in the U.S. House.

Thomas Massie is fighting for his political life in a contentious Kentucky primary — and every gun-control donor in America is praying he loses.

Forget the political noise. Look at the record. Massie has been the most consistent, uncompromising defender of the Second Amendment in the entire U.S. House. Not pro-gun when it's convenient — pro-gun when it costs him something.

He voted against the so-called Bipartisan Safer Communities Act — the 2022 gun control package that expanded background check criteria, funneled red-flag funding to states, and squeezed the definition of who qualifies as a private seller. Every Republican who caved collected applause from CNN. Massie collected attacks from his own party. He didn't blink.

He has introduced and co-sponsored legislation to repeal the National Firearms Act and abolish the ATF entirely — not reform it, not trim its budget, abolish it. That's not a talking point. That's a bill with his name on it.

Massie voted against every post-Uvalde gun control push and has consistently opposed universal background check legislation, recognizing that such systems lay the foundation for a federal gun registry. He says out loud what most politicians won't: registration leads to confiscation.

On due process, Massie stands firm against federal red-flag laws — correctly identifying them as prior restraint on a constitutional right, imposed without conviction or even formal charge. He is one of a handful of House members who treats the Second Amendment as though it actually says "shall not be infringed."

His primary opponent is being propped up with outside money. Establishment forces — some tied to donors who have bankrolled gun-control-adjacent causes — want Massie gone. Ask yourself why.

The answer is not complicated: a Congress without Thomas Massie is a Congress where the last firewall against federal gun control gets a lot thinner.

**Bottom line:** If you live in Kentucky's 4th Congressional District, vote Massie. If you live anywhere else, share his record, donate, and make noise. Losing the most reliably pro-2A member of the House to primary politics would be a self-inflicted wound gun owners cannot afford to take.
