Congress Moves to Arm Special Ops Troops in All 50 States

The House unveiled legislation granting nationwide concealed carry authority to active-duty special operations personnel and veterans. No more begging blue-state bureaucrats for permission — these operators would be covered in all 50 states.

Think about who we're talking about. These are the men and women who cleared buildings in Fallujah, hunted terrorists across three continents, and trained foreign forces to defend themselves. They carry firearms expertise that most law enforcement officers will never match. The idea that California or New York can tell a Navy SEAL he can't carry a concealed firearm on American soil is nothing short of obscene.

This bill cuts through that nonsense entirely.

It also sets a powerful precedent. If Congress acknowledges that trained, vetted Americans have a right to carry nationwide — and they absolutely do — then the argument for universal national reciprocity for every law-abiding citizen gets stronger, not weaker.
